A full range of activities run parallel to any Grand Prix organised by Dorna. Dorna runs promotional events, presentations and press conferences in and out of the circuit to provide major exposure for the Grand Prix. Dorna’s PR department is also in charge of the protocol during a racing weekend, which includes the prize-giving ceremonies and the coordination of the visits to the tracks of VIP guests or celebrities.
The Communication & PR Department also ensures a tight collaboration with the media and team PR, in order to facilitate the coverage and promotion of MotoGP™. Approximately 600 media representatives attend every MotoGP™ event throughout the season and the Communication Department is in charge of their accreditation, permanent attention at the Media Centre and an effective and fast distribution of news and results of the event.
