Dorna Sports is an international sports management, marketing and media company, founded in 1988. The organisation has its headquarters in Madrid, with a presence through branches offices and/or subsidiaries in Barcelona, Rome, Amsterdam and Tokyo. The company’s main shareholders are The Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board and funds managed by Bridgepoint Capital.

Dorna has been the exclusive commercial and television rights holder for the FIM RoadRacing World Championship Grand Prix (MotoGP™) since 1992. With 63 years of history, MotoGP is the pinnacle of motorcycle racing and is Dorna’s main focus. Further to this, a recent acquisition saw Dorna expand with the inclusion of the FIM World Superbikes (SBK) Championship, bringing the two class-leading motorcycle world racing series under one roof. These sit alongside Dorna’s additional involvement in further motorcycling events, such as the Spanish National Championship (CEV) and the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup, which seeks to promote the development of the next generation of riding talent.

The company also markets Ad-Time, a rotating and LED advertising board system, mainly in Japan and Spain - using it in volleyball, baseball, basketball and football(soccer).
